Payment methods
CelestiTech does not store or see your full card number. All card details are handled by our payment processors on their own secure pages.

Important information
- By paying through this portal you confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have permission from the account holder to approve the charge.
- This portal is for services and parts already discussed with CelestiTech. If you are unsure about an amount or line item, contact support before submitting payment.
Parts deposits
- Payments labeled as parts, components, or special-order items are typically non-refundable after the part has been ordered from the supplier.
- In some cases a part cannot fully resolve an issue because additional hidden damage is present. In that situation labor charges may be adjusted but supplier restocking policies for parts still apply.
Labor and services
- Labor charges cover diagnostic time, disassembly and reassembly, configuration, testing, and other professional services related to your device.
- Any service warranty or return policy is limited to the work performed by CelestiTech and does not extend or replace the original manufacturer warranty of your device or its components.
Security and privacy
- CelestiTech does not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on its systems. When you pay online, you enter card details directly with our payment processors.
- Personal information provided for billing is used only to process your payment, issue invoices or receipts, and comply with legal and accounting requirements. CelestiTech does not sell or trade customer information.
Disputes and chargebacks
- If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact CelestiTech first so we can review the work order, parts, and billing history and attempt to resolve the issue directly.
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting CelestiTech may delay resolution and can result in additional investigation timelines imposed by the payment processor.
Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CelestiTech liability related to any repair or service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific job.
- CelestiTech is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost data, lost productivity, or business interruption except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
